  1. Lead and oversee the development of medical devices, ensuring they meet regulatory and safety standards and are of the highest quality.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive research to identify and understand patient needs and clinical gaps to inform product design and development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and regulatory specialists to drive product development from concept to commercialization.
  4. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols and study designs to gather data and evidence for regulatory submissions and product approvals.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for product improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to medical device development to inform decision-making and stay ahead of competition.
  7. Mentor and guide team members in clinical research best practices and provide support and guidance throughout the development process.
  8. Communicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback and ensure product success.
  9. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to promote products and share knowledge and expertise.
  10. Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work, including protection of patient privacy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Research Or Product Development Role In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management Experience, Preferably In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Processes, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Regulatory Agencies.
