Principal Business Analyst, Pricing and Contracts

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze pricing and contracting data to identify trends and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
2. Lead the creation and execution of pricing and contracting strategies.
3. Develop models and forecasts to assess the impact of pricing and contracting decisions on the company’s bottom line.
4. Analyze customer requirements and negotiate contracts that meet their needs.
5. Monitor the progress of pricing and contract activities and provide recommendations to management on changes or improvements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to pricing and contracting.
7. Develop and implement processes and procedures for pricing and contract management.
8. Develop reporting tools to track pricing and contract performance.
9. Provide guidance and mentorship to business analysts and other team members.
10. Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
