  1. Develop and design innovative and cutting-edge medical devices that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

  3. Lead the research and development of new biosensors and related technologies to advance healthcare technology.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes and final products to ensure safety, efficacy, and quality standards are met.

  6. Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation and technical reports to support product development and regulatory compliance.
  8. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches.
  9. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and components for product development.
  10. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other industry events to represent Medtronic and showcase our innovative products.
  11. Continuously review and improve existing products to enhance performance and address any issues that arise.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Design And Development Of Biosensors

  • Proficiency In Various Biosensor Technologies, Such As Optical, Electrochemical, And Biomolecular Sensors

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Standards

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Projects To Successful Completion.
