If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Medtronic as a Principal Affera Mapping Specialist in the Carolina region (NC/SC/KY/GA). As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing our innovative Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) by providing expert mapping support to our customers. We are looking for a driven and experienced individual with a strong background in electrophysiology and cardiac mapping.   1. Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) and mapping technologies.
  2. Provide comprehensive mapping support to customers in the Carolina region (NC/SC/KY/GA) to ensure optimal use and outcomes of Medtronic's products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance mapping processes and procedures.
  4. Train and educate customers on the proper use of mapping equipment and software.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mapping technology to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
  7. Coordinate and participate in clinical trials and studies to gather data and feedback on Medtronic's mapping products.
  8. Act as a key liaison between Medtronic and customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams in the region to drive sales and increase market share.
  10. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and product training programs for Medtronic's mapping products.
  11. Mentor and train junior mapping specialists to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.
  12. Represent Medtronic at conferences, events, and other industry meetings to showcase our mapping technology and expertise.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the mapping team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Cardiac Ablation Mapping Technologies.

  • Expertise In The Use Of Medtronic's Affera Mapping System, Including Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Business Development In The Designated Territory (Nc, Sc, Ky, Ga).

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On The Use Of Medtronic's Products.
