  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues on process improvement methodologies.
  10. Contribute to the overall mission of Medtronic by improving patient outcomes through the implementation of efficient and effective processes.
