  1. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence across the organization.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient and effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely and successful completion of process improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct data analysis and create reports to track and communicate progress and results of process improvement projects.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  7. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in process improvement methodologies.
  9. Train and mentor team members on process improvement tools and techniques.
  10. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all process improvement projects.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the importance of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Operational Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With A Proven Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485.
