  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and patients regarding Medtronic products and services.
  2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals and patients.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert for Medtronic products and services, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  5. Travel to healthcare facilities to provide on-site support and education.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  7. Participate in market research and feedback processes to inform product development and improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.
  9. Stay informed of and adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  10. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Participate in team meetings and trainings to share best practices and promote a collaborative work environment.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting our mission and values.
  14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise to effectively educate and support customers.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Medical Device Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medtronic Products And Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.
