  1. Conduct research and experiments to support the development of new medical technologies and products.
  2. Perform microbiological testing and analysis on various samples to identify potential risks and ensure safety and efficacy of products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, interpret data, and communicate results.
  4. Develop and implement protocols and procedures for handling and testing microorganisms.
  5. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in microbiology to inform research and development efforts.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, results, and observations.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to microbiological testing and analysis.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for microbiology in the healthcare industry.
  9. Contribute to the development of new testing methods and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations to team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  11. Participate in the training and mentoring of junior staff members and interns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Microbiology, Biology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Microbiology Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Microbial Techniques And Methods, Including Aseptic Technique, Media Preparation, And Microbial Identification.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations, Related To Microbiology Testing For Medical Devices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Results To Cross-Functional Teams.
