  1. Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of medical devices and products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  2. Perform microbial identification and characterization studies to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  3. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Develop and validate new microbiological testing methods and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality control.
  6. Interpret and report test results accurately and effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines, including FDA, ISO, and GMP standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiological testing methods.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor junior microbiologists and laboratory technicians.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of materials and products.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Microbiology Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Microbiology Laboratory Setting

  • Knowledge Of Microbiology Techniques And Equipment, Such As Microbial Culture, Identification, And Sterilization Methods

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Standards For Microbiology Testing, Such As Iso And Fda Guidelines

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And The Ability To Interpret And Report Data Accurately
