  1. Manage and organize inventory: The Materials Clerk I will be responsible for keeping track of all materials and supplies within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials: This individual will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that materials are delivered to the right locations at the right time, meeting the needs of our clients and customers.
  3. Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment: The Materials Clerk I will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
  4. Receive and inspect incoming materials: This individual will be responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming materials, checking for accuracy, quality, and any damages or defects.
  5. Process requests and orders: The Materials Clerk I will be responsible for processing requests and orders for materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
  6. Assist with inventory audits: This individual will assist with regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Collaborate with team members and departments: The Materials Clerk I will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective operations, communicating any issues or concerns as needed.
  8. Utilize inventory management systems: This individual will be responsible for utilizing inventory management systems and software to track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and generate reports.
  9. Maintain accurate records: The Materials Clerk I will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: This individual will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Inventory Management Or Materials Handling

  • Knowledge Of Basic Computer Skills And Inventory Management Software

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accurate Records

  • Ability To Lift And Move Up To 50 Lbs, And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time.
