
Marketing Program Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Program Manager to join our team and help us bring our products to market.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing plans and programs to support our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies and tactics that will drive product adoption, usage and revenue growth. You will also help to develop cross-functional processes and tools that will enable integrated marketing plans and programs.To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong strategic, project management and marketing communications skills. You should also have a passion for learning and staying on top of the latest marketing trends and technologies. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing program management. Experience in the health care or medical technology industries is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and programs that will drive product adoption, usage, and revenue growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies and tactics to support our products.
- Develop cross-functional processes and tools to enable integrated marketing plans and programs.
- Utilize strong strategic, project management and marketing communications skills.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Develop customer journeys and marketing automation strategies.
