- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets for the Advanced Surgical Technologies division.
- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the medical community.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the benefits and features of our advanced surgical products.
- Collaborate with other sales team members, as well as marketing and product development teams, to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote Medtronic's advanced surgical products and network with potential customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Surgical Market And Experience Selling High-Tech Surgical Products.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers In The Medical Field.
