  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ENT division of Medtronic.
  2. Utilize exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with healthcare professionals.
  3. Promote and sell innovative ENT products to healthcare professionals.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  5. Think strategically to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the ENT division.
  6. Possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  8. Utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential areas for growth and develop targeted strategies.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
  10. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes through the promotion and sales of Medtronic's ENT products.
  11. Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  12. Have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and ambition.
  14. Possess a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  16. Represent Medtronic in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  17. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
