  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service and Repair Depot, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and develop a team of manufacturing technicians to ensure that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to meet production goals and deliver high-quality medical devices.
  3. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance the quality and reliability of our medical devices.
  6. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials and components for production.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
  9. Foster a culture of safety and quality within the team, adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a zero-accident mindset.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to provide updates on production status and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes and technology to continuously improve operations.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to resolve any technical or quality issues.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities, including production reports and employee records.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that team members do the same.
  15. Participate in the hiring and training of new team members to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Or Repair Operations.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Supervising A Team Of Technicians.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Familiarity With Medtronic Products And Quality Standards, With A Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Meeting Production Targets.
