  1. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing employees to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  2. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  3. Train and develop team members to improve their skills and increase their productivity.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality, to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.
  6. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  8. Address and resolve any production issues or conflicts that may arise.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on production status and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Foster a positive and productive work culture by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  14. Represent Medtronic in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Supervisory Role

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) In The Medical Device Industry.
