  3. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
  4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  5. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in manufacturing maintenance.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  11. Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance needs.
  12. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
  13. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Follow proper troubleshooting procedures and escalate issues as needed.
  15. Adhere to quality standards and ensure that equipment meets production requirements.
  16. Keep work area clean and organized.
