  1. Lead and manage a team of insurance collections specialists to ensure efficient and effective collections from insurance providers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize insurance collections processes and increase revenue.
  3. Monitor and analyze insurance collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, billing, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall collections performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to insurance collections.

  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive insurance and patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Collections Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Medicare And Commercial Insurance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Insurance Companies, Patients, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks, And Drive Results.
