Job Description

  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of necessary parts and supplies.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
  7. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and develop solutions to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices in maintenance and equipment management.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and promptly address any safety concerns or hazards.
  11. Manage and maintain budget for maintenance expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  12. Act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally, and uphold the company's values and mission.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance procedures to increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
