Legal & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with laws and regulations and ensure that any changes or updates to existing legislation are implemented in a timely manner.
3. Provide advice and guidance on legal and compliance matters to all departments in the organization.
4. Prepare and review legal documents and contracts, such as agreements, leases, and licenses.
5. Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Liaise with external legal and compliance advisors.
7. Develop and implement training programs to increase legal and compliance awareness and understanding throughout the organization.
8. Maintain records for all legal and compliance matters.
9. Review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Respond to and investigate compliance related inquiries and complaints.
