Sustaining, characterizing, and qualifying laserbond processes/equipment. (Must have demonstrable skills and knowledge of industrial lasers, best practices for cleaning and handling optics, programming motion control hardware and statistical process control.). Troubleshooting and resolving laserbond equipment/process issues. Performing fixture preventive and corrective maintenance. Performing equipment qualification (installation/qualification), gage R&R studies and documentation updates. Meeting operational attainment of Safety, Quality, and Service goals. Performing duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations. Identifying and work to removing barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of projects.
