  1. Perform laboratory experiments and tests using advanced medical technology and equipment.
  2. Collect, record, and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure they are in proper working condition.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols in the laboratory.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop new medical devices and improve existing ones.
  6. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during experiments and propose solutions.
  7. Keep detailed records of experiments and results for future reference.
  8. Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest developments in the healthcare industry.
  9. Assist in the design and implementation of new experiments and protocols.
  10. Communicate findings and results to team members and other stakeholders.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  12. Adhere to company policies and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
  14. Train and mentor new lab technicians.
  15. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure timely completion of projects.
  17. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  18. Actively participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Pipetting, Microscopy, And Sample Handling.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Effectively Document And Communicate Test Results.
