IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Coordinate and monitor activities of team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
4. Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Liaise with software vendors and other third-party contractors as needed.
7. Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and timelines.
8. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies.
9. Utilize project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and SharePoint.
10. Make sure tasks are completed accurately and within expected timelines.
11. Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
