  1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and analysis.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  3. Utilize inventory management software to track and report on inventory levels and movement.
  4. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and production schedules.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
  7. Continuously evaluate and optimize inventory processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  8. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  9. Communicate inventory status and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and sales teams.
  10. Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues that may impact production or customer satisfaction.
  11. Monitor and analyze data to identify patterns and trends in inventory levels and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in inventory management technology.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the inventory team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Inventory Management Or Supply Chain Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Device Industry And Fda Regulations Is Preferred.
