  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.

  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve integration processes.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
  8. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  9. Participate in project planning and provide input on integration timelines and resources needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to medical device integration.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on integration processes and systems.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve integration processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their systems with Medtronic's medical devices.
  14. Act as a technical liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processes.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on integration progress and any potential roadblocks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Integration, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Familiarity With Software Development Best Practices And Agile Methodology.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
