1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Turkey, Central Asia, Kazakhstan, and Pakistan region to achieve Medtronic's mission of improving patient outcomes and expanding access to healthcare.
2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to execute on the regional business objectives and drive growth.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, and industry associations.
4. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of customers and patients.
6. Act as the subject matter expert on the healthcare landscape in the region, including regulatory, reimbursement, and market access considerations.
7. Monitor and track sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
8. Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and regularly report on progress towards goals.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Medtronic's presence in the region.
