
Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities to promote sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Track customer interactions and sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
- Generate and follow up on leads to close new business.
- Negotiate favorable terms with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and colleagues.
