  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new technologies for cardiac rhythm management.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including product development teams, clinicians, and customers.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements and advancements in cardiac rhythm management technology.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in product development.
  5. Participate in the testing and validation of new products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and systems, both in-house and in the field.
  7. Train and educate other team members on new technologies and processes.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports for internal and external use.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide technical support and expertise during product launches and demonstrations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and implement changes as needed.
  11. Represent Medtronic at conferences, seminars, and other events to promote the company and its products.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In The Field Of Cardiac Rhythm Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Experience With Cardiac Devices And Programming.

  • Proficient In Technical Skills Such As Troubleshooting, Data Analysis, And Software Programming.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Healthcare Professionals.
