  1. Develop and implement HR programs that align with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
  2. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational needs and challenges.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the development and execution of HR programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and priorities and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  9. Communicate and promote HR programs to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
  10. Manage and allocate resources, including budget, to support the implementation of HR programs.
  11. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR programs.
  13. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the success of HR programs.
  14. Take ownership of challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve HR processes and programs.
  15. Represent the company and promote a positive image to potential candidates and external partners.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development within the HR field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Compliance With Federal And State Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills.
