- Develop and implement HR programs that align with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the development and execution of HR programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and priorities and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Communicate and promote HR programs to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, to support the implementation of HR programs.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the success of HR programs.
- Take ownership of challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve HR processes and programs.
- Represent the company and promote a positive image to potential candidates and external partners.
- Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development within the HR field.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Compliance With Federal And State Regulations.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
