- Develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and goals of the Neurovascular team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and challenges of the Neurovascular business and develop HR programs to address them.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to attract and retain top talent within the Neurovascular team.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to help drive decision-making and improve overall HR practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure the smooth functioning of HR programs and initiatives.
- Represent the Neurovascular team at company-wide HR meetings and events.
- Act as a role model for Medtronic's values and promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the Neurovascular team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Program Management Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With A Focus On Talent Acquisition, Retention, And Development.
Strong Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry And The Specific Needs And Challenges Of The Neurovascular Market.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team.
