As the HR Program Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Neurovascular business by developing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.   1. Develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and goals of the Neurovascular team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and challenges of the Neurovascular business and develop HR programs to address them.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  4. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  5. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to attract and retain top talent within the Neurovascular team.
  6. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  7. Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  8. Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  9. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  10. Analyze HR data and provide insights to help drive decision-making and improve overall HR practices.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  13. Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure the smooth functioning of HR programs and initiatives.
  14. Represent the Neurovascular team at company-wide HR meetings and events.
  15. Act as a role model for Medtronic's values and promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the Neurovascular team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Program Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With A Focus On Talent Acquisition, Retention, And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry And The Specific Needs And Challenges Of The Neurovascular Market.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team.
