  1. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  4. Partner with leaders to identify and address key organizational issues and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to drive business success.
  5. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR programs and services.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential HR risks and issues, and make recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
  7. Lead and/or contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
  9. Foster a culture of high performance by promoting employee development, engagement, and retention.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.
  11. Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees at all levels of the organization.
  12. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  13. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Represent the company and its values both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Business Partnership And Strategic Planning

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Hr Initiatives And Programs That Support Business Objectives And Drive Results.
