  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hardware Design And Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Analog And Digital Circuit Design, Pcb Layout, And Signal Integrity.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Hardware Design Tools And Software, Such As Altium, Cadence, And Spice Simulations.
