  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets for government programs.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government programs to promote Medtronic's products and services.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the government sector.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to government agencies and program leaders.
  7. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership.
  8. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services.
  9. Stay updated on the latest regulations and policies related to government programs and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance our sales processes and strategies.
  11. Train and mentor junior sales team members on government program sales best practices and techniques.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic and uphold our company values and mission in all interactions with government partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Healthcare Programs And Regulations.
