  1. Provide technical expertise and support for the design, development, and maintenance of surgical robotics technology.

  15. Act as a customer advocate within the company to ensure their needs are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Engineering In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Surgical Robotics.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Surgical Robotics Systems And Applications, Including Experience With Troubleshooting And Providing Technical Support To Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Global Team And Customers From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With A Strong Focus On Problem-Solving And Delivering Results.
