Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Engineering In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Surgical Robotics.
Strong Knowledge Of Surgical Robotics Systems And Applications, Including Experience With Troubleshooting And Providing Technical Support To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Global Team And Customers From Diverse Backgrounds.
Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With A Strong Focus On Problem-Solving And Delivering Results.
