  1. Provide technical support to customers: Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our surgical robotics products, including hardware, software, and integration with other systems.
  2. Conduct product installations and upgrades: Work closely with the sales and implementation teams to ensure successful installation and integration of our products in various healthcare facilities.
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues: Utilize your strong technical background and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, either remotely or on-site.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
  5. Train customers on product use: Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on how to use our surgical robotics products effectively and efficiently.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance: Use data and analytics to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs, to provide support to customers and internal teams.
  8. Participate in product development and testing: Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and insights during the product development process. Conduct testing and provide feedback on product functionality and usability.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements: Keep up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the medical technology industry, specifically in the field of surgical robotics.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including regulatory and quality standards, to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Surgical Robotics

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills In Surgical Robotics Systems

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effectively Collaborating With Global Teams And Customers

  • Ability To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time For On-Site Support And Training For Customers Worldwide.
