- Provide technical support for Medtronic's surgical robotics systems to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our robotic surgical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance the performance and functionality of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits and demonstrations to support product installations and trainings.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate updates on technical issues and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our surgical robotics systems, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
- Participate in the development and testing of new products and features, providing valuable feedback and insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in surgical robotics technology to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge for Medtronic.
Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Field Service For Medical Devices, Preferably In The Surgical Robotics Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Surgical Procedures And Techniques.
Experience With Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Timely And Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Exceptional Customer Support.
