  1. Provide technical support to Medtronic customers worldwide, including troubleshooting product issues, answering questions, and resolving technical inquiries.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medtronic products, including their features, capabilities, and uses, to effectively support customers.
  4. Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and organized manner using Medtronic's internal systems.
  6. Proactively monitor customer feedback and trends to identify potential product issues and work with the appropriate teams to implement solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve technical knowledge and expertise.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.
  10. Adhere to Medtronic's quality and compliance standards and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In The Medical Device Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medtronic Products And Technologies, With A Focus On Global Markets

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For Customers Worldwide

  • Ability To Travel Internationally And Work Remotely With Global Teams And Customers, Often In Different Time Zones.
