- Provide technical support to Medtronic customers worldwide, including troubleshooting product issues, answering questions, and resolving technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medtronic products, including their features, capabilities, and uses, to effectively support customers.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and organized manner using Medtronic's internal systems.
- Proactively monitor customer feedback and trends to identify potential product issues and work with the appropriate teams to implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve technical knowledge and expertise.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.
- Adhere to Medtronic's quality and compliance standards and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In The Medical Device Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medtronic Products And Technologies, With A Focus On Global Markets
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For Customers Worldwide
Ability To Travel Internationally And Work Remotely With Global Teams And Customers, Often In Different Time Zones.
