  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global product strategy for Automated Insulin Delivery, including defining key product features, pricing, positioning, and marketing tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development, testing, and launch of new products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams
  • Monitor product performance and make strategic recommendations for product improvements or enhancements
  • Manage product lifecycle, including forecasting, inventory management, and end-of-life planning
  • Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with global regulations and standards
  • Develop and manage product budgets and timelines to ensure successful product launches
  • Lead and mentor a team of product specialists and provide support and guidance to global sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in diabetes management to continuously improve product offerings and stay ahead of competitors
  • Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products and brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Global Healthcare Market And Regulations, With A Focus On Diabetes Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Global Products, Particularly In The Area Of Automated Insulin Delivery.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Regions.
