- Develop and execute a comprehensive global product strategy for Automated Insulin Delivery, including defining key product features, pricing, positioning, and marketing tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development, testing, and launch of new products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams
- Monitor product performance and make strategic recommendations for product improvements or enhancements
- Manage product lifecycle, including forecasting, inventory management, and end-of-life planning
- Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with global regulations and standards

- Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products and brand.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Global Healthcare Market And Regulations, With A Focus On Diabetes Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Global Products, Particularly In The Area Of Automated Insulin Delivery.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Regions.
