- Develop and implement global education strategies, programs and initiatives for field employees at Medtronic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design targeted and effective learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to determine the most appropriate training methods and content for various roles and regions.
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Extensive Experience In Field Education: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Field Education, Preferably In A Global Capacity. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Experience In Designing And Implementing Educational Programs For Medical Professionals.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Global Principal Field Education Specialist Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Field Education Specialists Across Multiple Regions.
