- Conduct product installations: The Field Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all Medtronic products are properly installed in the field. This includes coordinating with customers and scheduling installation appointments.
- Perform maintenance and repairs: The Field Services Representative will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on Medtronic products in the field. This involves troubleshooting issues and ensuring that products are functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service: The Field Services Representative will be the main point of contact for customers regarding product installations, maintenance, and repairs. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams: The Field Services Representative will work closely with other departments within Medtronic, such as the sales and engineering teams, to ensure a smooth installation and service process. - Stay updated on product knowledge: The Field Services Representative must have a strong understanding of Medtronic products and stay updated on any new developments or changes. This will allow them to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols: The Field Services Representative must follow all safety protocols and guidelines when performing installations, maintenance, and repairs. This includes proper handling and disposal of equipment and materials.
- Travel as needed: This role may require travel to various locations to conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs. The Field Services Representative must be willing and able to travel as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Engineering, Healthcare, Or Business Administration.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Technical Aptitude And Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Willingness To Travel Extensively And Work Independently In Various Locations, Often In Remote Or Challenging Environments.
