  1. Provide technical support and education to healthcare professionals on Medtronic's medical devices.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote Medtronic's products.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with Medtronic's products.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and product issues.
  7. Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
  8. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.
  12. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to support customer needs.
  13. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of new product launches.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, upholding the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Field Service, Preferably In The Sacramento Area.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Medtronic Products And Services, As Well As The Healthcare Industry And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Large Territory, With Strong Problem-Solving And Time Management Skills.
