  1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests from clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Perform product installations, maintenance, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for clients.
  3. Conduct on-site training for clients on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  6. Keep detailed records of service calls, installations, and repairs for accurate reporting and analysis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to provide the best service to clients.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions for clients.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while performing job duties.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic by promoting our products and services and maintaining a professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Engineering, Healthcare, Business)

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Medical Device Industry, Preferably In A Field Services Or Technical Support Role

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Stakeholders

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Solutions To Customer Issues

  • Willingness To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time, Often On Short Notice, To Provide On-Site Support To Customers In The Los Angeles Area.
