- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests from clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Perform product installations, maintenance, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct on-site training for clients on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep detailed records of service calls, installations, and repairs for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to provide the best service to clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions for clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while performing job duties.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic by promoting our products and services and maintaining a professional image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Engineering, Healthcare, Business)
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Medical Device Industry, Preferably In A Field Services Or Technical Support Role
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Stakeholders
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Solutions To Customer Issues
Willingness To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time, Often On Short Notice, To Provide On-Site Support To Customers In The Los Angeles Area.
