  2. Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced sales representatives to gain practical knowledge and experience in sales techniques.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to promote Medtronic products.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
  7. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  8. Utilize various sales tools and techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of Medtronic products to potential customers.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build and maintain customer loyalty.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, to ensure compliance and maintain the company's reputation.
  11. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  12. Proactively seek out and pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and positive manner at all times.
