- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance and reliability for critical facilities and equipment at Medtronic.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze facility and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and optimize facility performance.
- Create and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support maintenance activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between maintenance and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team.

- Keep up-to-date records and documentation of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for the maintenance team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance And Reliability Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment, And Maintenance Procedures.
Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Contractors.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Preventative Maintenance Programs To Ensure Facility Reliability And Minimize Downtime.
