  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance and reliability for critical facilities and equipment at Medtronic.
  2. Lead a team of maintenance professionals and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical facilities and equipment.
  4. Monitor and analyze facility and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and optimize facility performance.
  6. Create and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support maintenance activities.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between maintenance and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and mission.
  14. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for the maintenance team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance And Reliability Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment, And Maintenance Procedures.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Contractors.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Preventative Maintenance Programs To Ensure Facility Reliability And Minimize Downtime.
