- Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on all automated systems and equipment within the facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all automation equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new automation processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze data from automation systems and equipment to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot urgent equipment issues to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to maintain and repair equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and meets quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and protocols for facility automation maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
- Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Knowledge And Experience In Automated Building Systems, Including Hvac, Lighting, Fire Protection, And Security.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Repair Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals, Blueprints, And Schematics.
Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures, And Ability To Ensure Compliance Within The Facility.
