  1. Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on all automated systems and equipment within the facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance on all automation equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  4. Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new automation processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  6. Monitor and analyze data from automation systems and equipment to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  8. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress, issues, and recommendations.
  10. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot urgent equipment issues to minimize disruptions to operations.
  11. Assist with the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and systems.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to maintain and repair equipment and systems.
  13. Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and meets quality standards.
  14. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and protocols for facility automation maintenance.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
  16. Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Automated Building Systems, Including Hvac, Lighting, Fire Protection, And Security.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Repair Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals, Blueprints, And Schematics.

  • Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures, And Ability To Ensure Compliance Within The Facility.
