  1. Develop and implement an overall AI strategy for the GI business, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of AI experts to drive innovation and develop cutting-edge solutions for the GI business.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and use AI to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive business growth.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify potential partnerships or acquisitions to enhance the company's AI capabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for AI integration in the GI business.
  7. Conduct regular training and educational sessions to increase awareness and understanding of AI among team members and other relevant stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to AI implementation in the healthcare industry.
  9. Present regular progress reports to senior management and provide recommendations for further improvements and investments in AI.
  10. Represent the company as a thought leader in AI at industry conferences and events, and participate in relevant discussions and forums.
