- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all medical equipment in accordance with company standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure equipment is operating within regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new maintenance protocols and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding equipment maintenance needs and recommendations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained to meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns related to equipment.
- Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond to emergency equipment malfunctions and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and keep equipment downtime to a minimum.
- Act as a subject matter expert for equipment maintenance and provide support and guidance to other team members when needed.
Experience In Equipment Maintenance: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance, Preferably In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: Familiarity With Various Types Of Medical Equipment, Including Diagnostic, Therapeutic, And Imaging Equipment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Complex Medical Equipment Using Specialized Tools And Techniques.
Understanding Of Safety Protocols: Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Regulations Related To Equipment Maintenance In A Medical Setting.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments To Coordinate Maintenance Schedules And Provide Updates On Equipment Status.
