  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all medical equipment in accordance with company standards and protocols.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor and ensure equipment is operating within regulatory and safety guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new maintenance protocols and procedures.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  7. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding equipment maintenance needs and recommendations.
  8. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained to meet quality standards.
  9. Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns related to equipment.
  10. Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment as needed.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Respond to emergency equipment malfunctions and provide quick and effective solutions.
  14. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and keep equipment downtime to a minimum.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for equipment maintenance and provide support and guidance to other team members when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Equipment Maintenance: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance, Preferably In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: Familiarity With Various Types Of Medical Equipment, Including Diagnostic, Therapeutic, And Imaging Equipment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency In Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Complex Medical Equipment Using Specialized Tools And Techniques.

  • Understanding Of Safety Protocols: Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Regulations Related To Equipment Maintenance In A Medical Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments To Coordinate Maintenance Schedules And Provide Updates On Equipment Status.
