  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
  3. Repair and replace defective parts and components using hand and power tools.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to schedule equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
  6. Keep up-to-date on industry advancements and new equipment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices.
  7. Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Recommend and implement improvements to equipment maintenance processes.
  10. Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to medical equipment maintenance.
  11. Assist with training new technicians and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  12. Maintain inventory of equipment parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs.
  13. Perform regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  14. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and quality of maintenance procedures.
  15. Represent Medtronic in a professional and positive manner to external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electronic, Mechanical, And Pneumatic Systems.

  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Equipment.

  • Ability To Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Gmp Guidelines.
