- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Recommend and implement improvements to equipment maintenance processes.
- Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to medical equipment maintenance.
- Assist with training new technicians and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
- Maintain inventory of equipment parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs.
- Perform regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and quality of maintenance procedures.
- Represent Medtronic in a professional and positive manner to external stakeholders.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Electronic, Mechanical, And Pneumatic Systems.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Equipment.
Ability To Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.
Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Gmp Guidelines.
