Job Description

Medtronic is searching for an experienced, organized and driven Engineering Program Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to develop and implement innovative products to improve the quality of life for patients around the world. This highly responsible role requires an individual who has the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of engineering program management experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent field of study is preferred. In addition, the following skills are required: strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities; experience with project management software; and a thorough understanding of the product development life cycle. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate an ability to build relationships with customers, vendors and team members.
