  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development of life-saving medical products.
  2. Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
  4. Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide guidance and support to help them achieve these goals.
  5. Monitor and track project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering efforts with other departments such as research and development, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
  7. Identify and address technical challenges and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  9. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
  11. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new engineering team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and progress reports on projects.
  13. Drive a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in all engineering activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Engineering Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Strong Technical Expertise And Understanding Of Engineering Principles, Processes, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
