  1. Lead and oversee the Manufacturing Automation team to achieve company objectives and drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes through automation technologies.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
  4. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, and make recommendations for their incorporation into manufacturing processes.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of automation equipment and services.
  10. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation processes and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to automation projects.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase our automation capabilities.
  14. Uphold the company's values and foster a positive work environment.
  15. Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Automation, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Automation Technologies, Including Robotics, Machine Vision, And Process Control Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Automation Projects And Improving Manufacturing Efficiency.
